Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, Josh is responsible for overall project management as well as design activities, including site layout, site grading, storm water facility design, sanitary sewer design, water distribution design, erosion and sediment pollution control planning, bridge and highway design. Josh has performed numerous flood studies and has also prepared a variety of state and federal permit applications, including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP), Floodway Encroachment, and General Permit applications.

As the Director of Quality Control, Josh ensures the consistent production of quality and uniform work to improve client satisfaction by eliminating inconsistencies and mistakes.
