Our engineers have many years of experience preparing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits and Erosion & Sediment Pollution Control (E&SPC) Plans for earth disturbance activities. Whether it is a smaller earth disturbance activity which requires an E&SPC Plan, or a larger development project which mandates an NPDES Permit, our staff is knowladgeable about the current regulations and what is necessary to permit each construction site. Through working with the local county conservation district and/or the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) our engineers can develop a cost effective plan and acquire the necessary permits to begin construction.
