Responsibilities:
As a project manager, Mr. Swank is responsible for design and project coordination related to the development of commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sites. Mr. Swank’s responsibilities include project management, project scheduling and budgeting, analysis of zoning, subdivision, and stormwater management ordinances for the purposes of processing subdivision and land development plans, project representation at public meetings, preparation of: subdivision and land development drawings, post construction stormwater management plans and calculations, erosion and sedimentation pollution control plans and calculations, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, sewage facilities planning modules, PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP), and PADEP Chapter 105 Permits. Mr. Swank works closely with various municipal staff, water and sewer authorities, local conservation districts, state agencies, utility companies, county planning agencies, and other professionals in meeting client goals on time, under budget, and to the highest level of quality.

As the Director of Professional Development, Mr. Swank is responsible for working with the staff to assist each employee in furthering their professional career.
